When Sam returns to the restaurant where she works, she asks her co-worker Jerry at the bar if George (the manager) is around. He says "not right now, but I wouldn't stay here too long - he's still pretty upset about the other day." Based on the time line of events shown in the film and assuming Jerry is referring to a customer finding Sam's bloody, rotten fingernail in her salad, which actually had just happened earlier that day as it was indicated earlier this is Day 3 Of 3, Jerry's response doesn't make sense.
(at around 1 hour and 5 mins) When Sam visits Nicki, her left eye is white. When she sees Alice a few minutes later the left iris is red. When she applies makeup a few minutes after that, her left eye is white again.
In the final scene, her teeth change from black to white and back several times.
When Sam seduces Riley near the end, the view changes repeatedly from her face to his as they embrace cheek to cheek. Whenever the view is of her face and the back of his head, their right cheeks are touching. When the view is of his face, they're on each other's left.
Inconsistent hair shots: When Samantha meets and talks with the unknown male who (presumably) 'contracts' her in the kitchen at the party, her hair changes from either over, or tucked behind, her ear, from alternate P.O.V. shots of her view to him (behind ear) to of her from him (over her ear, framing her face).
Her left eye changes from completely white to a light pink throughout the ending of the film.
When Samantha is sat on the toilet at work during "Day 1", when she stands up and looks into the toilet it's rather obviously the blood was injected into the bowl via the holes under the rim. Had the blood come out of her, it would mainly in the water, not all over the bowl.
When Sam goes to see Alice at dinner her right eye is bleeding, but when she goes to the bathroom to look at it, her left eye is bleeding. Then for the remainder of the movie, it's her right eye.
At the beginning, where the corpse is enclosed in the body bag, you can see the actor breathing inside.
Samantha keeps referring to her orchids as dendrobiums, but she is only ever seen with phalaenopsis orchids.
