This show is full of mild sexual content (At the PG-13 level). Some of the young firefighters and paramedics are in and out of relationships with various other characters. While full nudity is not shown, sexual encounters are frequent.

Many episodes in season 3 are shown inside a strip club, no full nudity but women dancing on poles and scantily dressed in mainly underwear

There are a lot of sex scenes throughout no nudity, you can see the bare back of some women, but no chest.

TV-14 violence type: blood and gore.

Intense sequences of peril and gruesome injury detail are frequent. There's scenes of medical violence/gore. Occasionally characters end up in scuffles, but nothing extremely violent.

Frequent mild swearing such as "hell," "damn," "ass," "crap," etc. Nothing very explicit, though infrequently insults like "dick" or "prick" are said, even more rarely "pussy" has been used. "Jesus" as an exclamation is infrequently used, as well as "Goddamn" also said infrequently.

There is drinking in most episodes,they finish a shift and go drinking. Also 3 characters own a bar.

There are a few drug related call outs and constant mention of drugs and gangs selling and hiding drugs. It does give a drugs are bad kind of theme. In season 1, a main characture gets addicted to pain pills but you see him seek help to overcome this.
