Gyp Rosetti's car appears to be a 1925-26 Packard 326, third series six Raggtop Runabout. When he arrives to talk to Deputy Ramsey it's raining outside. Vinyl windows are shown on the Raggtop - this was not an option. Clear vinyl windows didn't show up until roughly 1950.
