Barry turns all of the knobs on the stove to the horizontal position to turn on the gas. Later when Jackov is speaking into the camera, all of the knobs are vertical again.
It makes no sense for Jackov to escape on a Lockheed C-130 Hercules with Soviet markings. It should either be an Antonov An-12 or a Hercules in a less-suspicious livery, like NATO or even a neutral country.
When defecting, Jakov is seen aboard a four-engine, turboprop Lockheed C-130 Hercules transport aircraft, but the sound is that of a much-smaller plane with a single piston engine.
