Bentley and Sandeford find the discarded passport picture of Drew (with his eyes closed) and then search the business where they find the camera with the passport photos of Lamonte, Ava, and Drew. As the digital camera they found would have displayed Drew's eyes being closed when the pictures were being selected to be printed, Bird would have not bothered to print a copy before retaking the shot.
Warren and Suarez would not have left Drew and Ava alone at the end. Ava conspired with Lamonte to escape to Morocco, resulting in 3 dead officers (guard plus 2 marshals) and a paramedic. Ava is guilty of 4 counts of felony murder, regardless of her changing her mind after realizing that Lamonte was going to continue selling drugs.
