When Wolfgang Schaeffer portrayed Lincoln in the prequel film, the character's white hair was created with hair dye. However, due to the fact that the hair dye resulted in the actor going partially bald, the white hair was created with a wig for the series.
Catherine Ashmore Bradley (Luan) usually spends approximately forty minutes getting her hair and makeup prepared for filming; the former takes about thirty minutes, while the latter takes about ten minutes. Her braces are not added while in the hair and makeup department; they are added only when she goes on set.
Prior to auditioning for the role of Leni, Eva Carlton had never watched the parent series. She also did not watch the preceding film, A Loud House Christmas (2021), mainly due to the fact that she did not want her predecessor, Dora Dolphin, to influence the way she plays the character.

Annaka Fourneret, Eva Carlton, August Michael Peterson, and Jolie Jenkins replace Morgan McGill, Dora Dolphin, Charlotte Ann Tucker and Lainey Jane Knowles, and Muretta Moss (the actresses from the preceding film, A Loud House Christmas (2021)) as Lynn, Leni, Lily, and Rita Loud respectively.
