.Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. I tracked down Jason Voorhees himself, C.J. Graham, who is now the COO of two of the biggest casinos in the Palm Springs area . Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino.
How did Graham make the leap from being Jason to running giant casinos? Take a look at my fun interview with the stuntman, actor, entrepreneur, and all-around nice guy.
Happy Friday the 13th!
Outtake: He gave me love! Jason Voorhees loves me! Ha!

Last year we ran a schedule of every TV/Cable network schedule we could find that could be construed as Horror or Halloween related for the month of October. Let’s just say it proved useful for our readers and even for our staff when they were looking to find something to watch, wanted to program their DVR’s or didn’t want to miss out on some great “live” Horror. Isn’t there something about having a movie fed to you on TV as opposed to watching it on Blu-ray or DVD or streaming? We may not like commercials, but the randomness that you can associate with a TV program itinerary is novel. It removes a little bit of control from the audience who is all to concerned with being in control these days (just look at the reasons behind publishing a piece like this).
So here’s the 2013 Halloween Seasonal TV Preview,...

Back in 2010, a documentary on the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise called Never Sleep Again was released. With a main feature that ran four hours and a bonus features package that extended the two-disc affair's total running time to a whopping eight hours, Never Sleep Again became hands down the greatest horror documentary ever made, providing even the most die hard of Fred-heads with a wealth of knowledge that had never before been injected into those little suckling mouths on their arms. I can say this with 100% certainty because I am one of those lifelong Freddy fans, and I learned more from that documentary than I ever thought it was possible to learn. The final battle in Freddy vs Jason may have ended in a duel, even if Freddy was left without a body, but the no contest winner of the franchise documentary war was Never Sleep Again, which made...

The complete specs have been made available for Warner Bros. Entertainment's upcoming Friday the 13th: The Complete Collection Blu-ray box set, and it's a great day if you like your releases edited and slapped together.
You can scroll to the bottom for a complete list of specs for each movie, but I'm going to jump in and tell you exactly what's wrong with this release. This isn't an editorial lamenting the lack of uncut Friday the 13th movies that have never before been released. If we haven't seen excised footage by now, it's because, in all probability, it no longer exists. Yes, it would be nice to finally see Friday the 13th part 2 in all its uncut, Carl Fullerton glory, but it's probably never going to happen.
This isn't a gripe session predicated on unrealistic expectations. But what's inexcusable is that Warner Bros. is offering the R-rated...
