When Hondo and Deacon enter McCabe's apartment, the key ring disappears from the deadbolt. When the FBI enters the suite and throws the flash bang, the keys are back in the deadbolt.
Outside the bank, as the gunman opens fire from Black Betty's top hatch, Vasquez has no magazine in her weapon.
McCabe Engages 20-David Team and Agent Vasquez from the hatch of Black Betty. Hondo gives the order to move and cover, Vasquez acknowledges and they take up a new cover position behind a black car. At this point, Vasquez's rifle is missing the magazine it just had loaded into the rifle a mere 5 seconds ago when she began to move with Hondo to the new position. It's also missing the magazine yet again as the suspects load up into Betty.
After Tan and Deacon check the conference room with IR, Hondo and Luca do the same. Luca points a IR Device at a steel and concrete wall, no IR Device is capable of seeing through Steel and Concrete, especially a man portable one.
Tan and Luca are both using IR Heatscopes to visualize the hostages and the suspects, they are wearing some kind of arm band that contains a flexible screen. Flexible screens are very delicate technology and still in their early stages. No flexible screen device has been presented as a prototype even for a military application and thus a civilian police department would definitely not have one before a military testing was completed.
