Go Erin! Go away Dominic!
studioAT2 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Well, Erin certainly got into the holiday spirit, didn't she!

The same can't be the same for Kate, and I do feel sorry for lovely Ashleigh Brewer who plays her, as she's stuck with another dud storyline.

The Andrew/Sophie storyline was far better, and while Andrew's treatment of Summer wasn't great, at least this storyline feels like it's dramatic and is going somewhere.

In contrast I don't really care where Kate's is heading, and can only hope it ends up with Dominic going far, far away.

Overall, a decent episode, with a good final few moments. From nowhere Sophie has become an interesting and engaging character - who knew?!

"We make our choices and we have to live with the consequences"
skteosk6 March 2012
Warning: Spoilers
Kate's holiday romance with Dominic continues, contrasting with Erin moving a bit quickly with Luke.Kate seems keen to move on by the end though so it's unclear how far it will go.

Back home, Kate's absence causes problems, as Sophie is not only left forging her signature on a permission slip but committing a rather extreme act of rebellion. It's a nice touch that, despite her gatecrashing the party and making him look bad, Andrew sticks up for her with Griffin and persuades him to let her stay.Chris' weariness at being dragged into another of Andrew's money making schemes is nicely played.
