- The film takes takes place in 1980s LA, so there are adult locations/neon signage visible in the background in a few scenes. No nudity is visible in these scenes and the signs are not explicit.

- A man is handcuffed in a car and is crushed by a car crusher and blood is seen after he is crushed to death.

- A man is forced at gunpoint to strip naked and suck on the barrel of the gun.
- Several strong graphic scenes of high impact violence featuring a man's balls getting stomped on (shown in horrific closeup detail) and a man's neck getting slashed.
- A man is stabbed and slashed repeatedly with a knife, including across his face and through his eye, before having his earring ripped out of his ear (one of the goriest scenes in the entire film)
- A man bleeds to death after being shot, he's shown with a large bloody chest wound but most of it is obscured.
- A woman is stabbed in the eye with a cross before falling to (presumably) her death.
- A woman's dismembered body parts are shown falling out of a suitcase, ending with a closeup of her decapitated head.
