- TriviaOA tells Tito Martinez that he is looking at a life sentence for kidnapping, which Tito laughs at saying nobody gets a life sentence for that. In New York state the sentence for kidnapping in the first degree is a minimum of five years and a maximum of 25 years in prison, the sentence is similar in other states as well. However in the federal justice system the maximum sentence for kidnapping is life without parole, especially when the person being sentenced has prior felony convictions.
- GoofsShortly after the glass panels in the entrance to the pawn shop are shattered by gunfire and by the perpetrator crashing through bodily to escape, there are no visible remnants of any broken glass in or near the front double door.

Losers Never Shoot Back
At one point, the main villain has been shot, and his way-more-psychotic girlfriend (played by the incredibly trashy looking Amee Spring Fortier) takes the gun from his hand and takes a hostage.
As she is screaming at the FBI, nobody puts a bullet in her brain. As she is shooting at the FBI, nobody shoots back. As she is running into the auto store totally exposed, nobody shoots her. A couple of minutes later, Zacko calls the store, and she is right up against the window, yelling at the FBI (and the phone), and nobody puts her down.
Eventually, the FBI do the fake "EMT going in to help her boyfriend," the main villain. This has been done since at least the original Hawaii 5-0 back in the 1960s. Worse than that, it is clear that agent Chase (Shantel VanShanten) has no clue where to even take the guy's pulse.
I am not sure if that was just horrible acting or they wanted to emphasize how much she was likely to get killed if the psycho girlfriend thought that her boyfriend had died. Considering that VanShanten gave him zero medical care, he should have died.
So the typical resolution happens. Unfortunately the drug-dealing college drop-out boyfriend did not die. Scola is now getting it on with Chase, contrary to office policy, so every time she takes a step he runs over to ask if she is OK. Really lame romance. They need to take Scola out of the closet and pair him up with Zacko who is another guy that never has a girlfriend.
The only good thing about this episode was that whiny Missy Peregym is still on maternity leave and was not around to make negative comments about the USA and the FBI.
