In the prison dining hall scene where the prison gang starts harassing Kreese, one takes his roll and starts eating it. However, when the scene cuts back to Kreese, you can see the roll still on his tray, completely intact.
When Daniel goes in Mr. Miyagi's room, he sees the note that Mr. Miyagi left for him about painting the house. It had been folded but now lays open on the table. However, in the movie, Daniel wadded up the note and threw it on the ground. The note in the show has clearly not been wadded up.
Daniel and Amanda enter Mr. Miyagi's bedroom for the first time in many years, implied to be the first time since his passing. Mr. Miyagi is said to have died in 2011 while this season takes place in 2018. There are live bonsai trees in Mr. Miyagi's room. Bonsai need to be watered fairly regularly, usually every few days. Trees would not survive without water for 7 years.
