SPOIILER: On the Borg cube, when Jack is pulling the cable off Picard, in alternating shots, Picard is holding the connection to his head and to his neck.
When Riker picks up Worf's sword, he mentions how heavy it is as it falls and has to hold it with two hands. However, when Worf tells him to look at the helm, Riker pulls out a phaser while holding the sword easily with one hand.
In the flash-forward to "one year later," Starfleet has updated its uniforms to include a badge with gold backing rather than the dark gray seen throughout the series. However, Worf and Raffi are already wearing the gold-backed badges in their scene which takes place immediately following the main story, prior to the time jump.
The Enterprise-D enters the Borg cube superstructure and starts veering through it like the Millennium Falcon or an X-Wing fighter flying inside the Death Star superstructure in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983). But the Enterprise-D is a much larger ship and was never that manoeuvrable.
