Goofs

When Louis goes into Harvey's office to try to get Harvey to tell him what he's been hiding, he has his dictaphone in his hand, It disappears while he, Harvey and Mike are talking. It's impossible that he would have been able to hide the dictaphone anywhere since Mike was watching him, which would make it impossible to record the conversation that Mike and Harvey have afterward.

When Daniel asks Louis to have Mike Ross come into see him, Louis responds that he can't because Mike has been working on the "Liquid Water case" for several weeks and is still required on that project a bit longer. Later in the episode, when Louis briefs Mike on that same case, Mike doesn't know anything about the client, the case, of any of the client's issues.

That is because Louis was lying to Daniel and Mike was not working with him at the time so when Louis was filling him he didn't know anything.
