Wen Maddie is standing at the dressing mirror in the Tailor Shop, the belt on her wedding dress moves back and forth in the same scene.
After the car is started by a rolling jump start, the amount of mud sprayed on Maddie's neck changes between scenes.
When James is reading Paul's book, he flips to the Acknowledgements page, which doesn't thank Maddie. The page is full of errors, although the last line is "Edited by Madeline Kelly."

This wedding is apparently taking place in both spring and autumn at the same time, since there are flowering Wisteria (spring) in the gardens, and ripe apples (autumn) to pick in the orchard.

But the wide shot of the sidewalk clearly shows The Clarence Hotel with its bar called The Curious Mister, both of which are in Dublin, Ireland, not NYC. Maddie and her friends met when they were children in school in Des Moines, Iowa. None of the women has a Midwestern accent. This is especially true of Elizabeth Tan, who throughout the film has a British accent. If she had moved to the US as a child and spent 20 to 30 years living in Iowa and New York (she's 34 y/o as of the film), she should have lost any British accent.
