When Penny's voice-over reads Desmond's letter when he's suicidal after Kelvin's death, she leaves out a sentence (probably just done for flow of script), but in the next scene, the layout of the letter has changed - the left-out sentence is in a different position in the letter.
When the Others help the restrained protagonists stand, actress Tania Raymonde actually reaches too far forward and accidentally grabs Evangeline Lilly's breasts. You can see Lilly stiffen and then Raymonde re-positions her hands.
One must slow down the footage to see, but a camera and cable are visible very briefly on the far left side of the frame when Desmond begins tearing the vinyl records from their shelf in the flashback where he reads Penny's letter.
