In King's Landing, Tyrion seeks out Varys' advice on getting revenge against those who tried to kill him. He learns the Varys' approach is to go slow. Trivia

The first time that a wide shot of the Great Sept of Baelor is shown. While the sept is the setting of the climax of Game of Thrones: Baelor (2011), only the bottom half of the structure was shown. The sept was redesigned as a dome, after initially appearing in a wide shot in Game of Thrones: Winter Is Coming (2011), resembling a medieval cathedral with seven huge spokes. See more »

Goofs

In the aftermath of the short battle where the Unsullied - at Daenerys's command - kill all the slavers, Jorah Mormont is looking up at Daenerys, and as Daenerys walks to the left, you can see her shadow against the sky, presumably a silkscreen part of the set. See more »

Superb Action Filled Episode
22 May 2015 | by See all my reviews

How much can one squeeze in a fifty minute session. We have the freeing of Theon and his savior being something unexpected. Joffrey begins to be influenced by his bride to be. Tyrion is researching again, trying to find proof of his potential murderer. There is a mutiny. And, ultimately, we see Dany asserting her authority, working a system and playing on the idea of freedom. Meanwhile, Jaime has been abused to the nth degree. He has been forced to drink horse urine and shoved in the mud. But his companion brings back a possibility of dignity for him. It's interesting how those who were despicable can pull at our hearts when their adversaries prove even worse. Cersai is up to no good and tries to gain some modicum of respect. She will endure. We can see that.
