I've heard a lot of negative comments about Ultimate Spider-Man as of late, but this episode depicts Spider-Man in a modern cartoon (using Drake Bell as Spider-Man and J.K.Simmons as Jonah) better than Ultimate Spider-Man does. How it should be done. So fans will be pleased with this.
Spider-Man is actually funny and makes me crack a giggle with his wise cracks. And when he asks Cap to be his sidekick was kinda adorable.
Onto other parts of the episode, the Serpent Society is back and makes for an interesting episode, testing Spidey's skills and Captain America's tolerance for traitorous accusations, taking a leaf out of Spidey's book and passing on advice in return.
All in all, a great episode as expected from Avengers: EMH.
