The "captain" is wearing two different ranks, captain bars on the collar and staff Sargent stripes on her sleeve.
The colonel was wearing Sr Airman stripes.
Pretty blatant error for a main character at the beginning of the movie both enlisted and officer ranks on the same uniform, disappointing. Then the officer/enlisted is calling an Senior Airman with a fruit salad of ribbons ma'am. I hope they didn't pay their military consultant.
