When Kat is assembling the motorcycle carburetor, she says " data port, data port," as she connects two modules. These were, in fact, standard Molex power connectors, not data, and, regardless, a motorcycle carburetor utilizes neither.
When Hicks shot Bennett, the shot was high and to Hicks' right. A trained shooter like Hicks would have been trained always to aim center of mass. That shot at that range, for someone like Hicks, would be beyond simple. There is no way Hicks would have been that far off target.
