Goofs

Skender's last name, Lulgjuraj, is pronounced "Lul-your-eye", not "Lul-garage".

Raylan mispronounces it due to his unfamiliarity with Albanian names, likely from having grown up in Kentucky. Skender even corrects him after rolling his eyes at the butchering of his name.

When the surveillance car enters the crossroads the view switches to inside of the car where it's being showed rammed by the black SUV. Now it's clearly noticeable that, for a second or two, as the SUV approaches the car about to be hit is standing still. Also the crossroads that in the previous shots had other cars and people milling around is suddenly looking abandoned.
