Factual errors

When Sophie pretends her water breaks, and the paramedics are taking her to the hospital, they leave her in the back alone, and both medics ride up front. In reality, a patient is never left alone like that. One medic always rides in back with the patient.
The plot revolves around the theft of a patent-not for the first time. The whole point of a patent is that it's a public document. In return for publication you get legal protection from anybody infringing your idea. Patents are also not specific plans, so they'd be worthless to a competitor even if still pending. Companies pay millions to patent lawyers to make their applications as vague and all-encompassing as possible.
Hardison says they are Christmas LED lights which explode when they explode. They are not LED they are in fact incandescent bulbs. As you can see when he shows them on the shelf and while he is hanging them, you can see the filaments , which LED's do not have .

Errors in geography

After leaving the Patent office in Arlington, VA, Nate's dad arrives at the Baltimore waterfront in only a few minutes. That is a 1 1/2 drive under the best of circumstances. Impossible he could have made there so quickly.
