When Frank goes missing, Harley and Ivy follow clues that lead them to a highly unconventional party alongside Gotham's elite, including Commissioner Gordon - who is hungry for campaign donations.

When Frank is plantnapped, Ivy and Harley infiltrate a Court of Owls orgy to find the napper. Bruce is there with Selina, and Jim is there trying to raise money for for his failing political campaign for mayor. The two women discover that they've been lying to each other.—Gislef

At Selina's loft, Harley comes in to tell the lab-working Ivy that the guys are thinking of going to an Italian restaurant. Ivy says that she only needs one more day of focus to terraform Gotham, so she can't interrupt her work. Frank is floating because of the last dose of serum, and Ivy points out that in his current state, he can only pollinate a small area. King Shark and Clayface come in and show that they've downloaded Sy into Catwoman's smart home. They test his knowledge based on him tying into the Internet, and Ivy asks them all to leave so she can work. They go, leaving Frank to massage Ivy's shoulders.

Loud music goes off, interrupting Ivy, and she goes to check it out. The crew has formed a band, and Ivy unplugs their amplifiers and complains that it's a touch loud. Harley turns the volume down one and they go back to playing, while Ivy goes back to her lab. Frank points out that Ivy isn't telling Harvey that she's being annoying, and Ivy says that she's being diplomatic. She drops vials when the music starts, starting a fire, and goes downstairs and tells Harley that it's amazing she started a van. However, Ivy claims that Catwoman texted her and says that the musical instruments--that the band are using and that Catwoman stole from the Rock and Roll Museum--are off-limits. Ivy says that they have to accept Catwoman's rules.

The mayor's campaign staff are running campaign ads from his hospital bed, since he still has a pole through his chest and is a coma. Two-Face tells the Gordons that they're getting crushed in the polls, and 57% of voters think it's mean that Jim is running against someone in a coma. Barbara suggests that her father change things up, and admits that she doesn't have any friends for him to talk to and soften his image. Two-Face says that they need money to run the campaign, from the filthy richest people. Barbara tells Jim to run on what he believes in, and Jim agrees with her but goes with Two-Face's plan anyway.

Harley interrupts Ivy again when she uses Catwoman's nearby Japanese toilet. Once she's used it, she calls in the others to try it. Ivy claims she got another text from Catwoman saying not to use her toilet, and that Catwoman knew because she has surveillance cameras everywhere. Harley smashes all of the cameras with her bat.

Later, Ivy tells the bored crew that she completed the serum, and says that Frank is in a fugue state producing enough pollen to cover all of Gotham. Ivy suggests that since Frank wont' be ready for a couple of hours, they should all go for a celebratory dinner at the Italian restaurant. When the crew come back with leftovers Ivy finds signs of a struggle and Frank gone. Sy checks the security cameras and discovers that they're all broken, thanks to Harley.

Shark has found a Court of Owls broach that the thief left behind, and Harley goes to Joker for help. He's busy at home coaching his son in common core, and Harley and Ivy arrive and show Joker the broach. He says they used to be Gotham's most secret society, but now it's just old straight white dudes "jerking each other off". Joker says if they haven't changed their schedule, they'll be having their weekly meeting that night. All they need to get in is a mask and the password, and he gives them both, then goes back to "help" his son Benny with his homework.

Ivy and Harley go the Owls' manor and the doorman lets them in when they give the password. They go in and finds the robed members of the Owls preparing for a sacrifice. The leader announces that due to the complaints they've received from their newer members, they're sacrificing a goat piñata. They jump into cocktail hour, and the two women split up to see if anyone is covered in Frank's pollen.

Two-Fae and Jim arrive outside, and Two-Face tells Jim to charm the members out of their money. Inside, Jim makes an appeal to a masked Bruce Wayne, and Jim recognizes Bruce from his body size and jawline. The commissioner claims that Batman is going to endorse him, and Bruce walks off without making a contribution.

Harley sees a masked Bain and says that she knows who he is, and Bain denies who he is. She asks where he was during the plantnapping, and Bain says that he was at his therapy session. Selina comes in and Harvey sees her, and goes over to complain how Selina won't let Harley use her toilet. The villainess has no idea what Harley is talking about, and Harley realizes that Ivy lied to her. Meanwhile, Sy calls Ivy and tells her that the camera in the toilet wasn't broken, The thief has a mole on his butt, and Sy says that Harley bashed in the rest of the cameras. Ivy is shocked that Harley lied to her.

Jim approaches Bruce again, who says that he'll give the commissioner money if he leaves him alone. When Jim agrees, Bruce goes to get his checkbook. Meanwhile, Harley and Ivy confront each other about lying to the other Bruce asks Selina if they can go before the party gets started, and she agrees while watching Ivy and Harley argue. Ivy reveals that she and Selina used to be together, while the butler hands out lube and the lights go out. The leader announces that the orgy is beginning, and Bane attaches a dildo to his wrist socket as everyone else strips naked and has sex.

Shocked, Harley and Ivy back way and Ivy says that they should focus on whoever has the mole. Ivy says that there was nothing significant between her and Selina, and it was a long time ago. She didn't tell Harley because she knew she wouldn't take it well, and a disgusted Harley walks off.

Jim comes back from the restroom, turn on the light on his phone, and immediately trips over the bodies, dropping his phone. He goes after it and it keeps getting kicked away. Meanwhile, Ivy finds Harley and says that she's sorry, and that she didn't tell Harley because she wanted more from Selina but Selina didn't, and felt so pathetic after it ended that Ivy didn't want to think about it again. It wasn't a real relationship, and Ivy knew that because she met Harley and found what she had been pining for. The two women kiss and hit the light switch, and everybody leaves.

Jim finally finds his phone in a room where it's been kicked, and the lights come on to show part of the orgy. Outside, Jim tells Two-Face what happened, and that he got a selfie of Bruce. He finds other photos that he didn't take, and Two-Face grabs the camera and tells Jim that he's brilliant. Two-Face figures they can use the photos to blackmail the Owls member into supporting Jim.

Harley tells Ivy that she wants her to be completely honest with her, and she'll be completely honest with Ivy.

Frank wakes up strapped to a table in a secret lab.
