Original, funny, pleasing on the eye and dramatic
swright6111 December 2011
Hit Women, is an original show because it links three things: action, comedy and drama. Four beautiful women carry out contracts on bad people who deserve what's coming to them. The show is full of plots and subplots with unforeseen twists and turns. The Hit Women are aided by a male secretary who adds that ideal side character that all shows need to give them a different dimension, appeal and eccentricity. Even though the episodes are stand alone features there are on going story lines between them that highlight the relationships between the women: women who have different emotions, desires, lifestyles, pasts and personalities. The lives and actions of these four ruthless Hit Women are portrayed at times with a smile and moments of obvious humour. In conclusion, the show has every thing: beautiful and intelligent women, action, guns and bad people being punished - occasionally done with a wink and a smile.

Really different, and a pleasure.

Had the pleasure of seeing this show before its release to the public. What can I say? Funny! Different! Dark! Not what I was expecting, and yet totally captivated me for the full run. The lead actresses have a great chemistry. It seems to be very well cast. I would love to be that character Rick that works for these Hit Women. He seems to be terrified of them, while totally in addicted to them. Poor guy. These Hit Women, are certainly edgy. I know its a half-hour format, but if I were them I'd consider an hour long. It's a great new show. I hope the networks pick it up, and its not just a web show. All in all, I'm looking forward to the next episode.
