The BAU is supposedly headquartered in Quantico, VA -- a very suburban area just south of Washington, DC. The murder at the beginning of this episode takes place in Atlantic City. Flights from the DC area to Atlantic City fly straight up the coast, and you can always see either the Atlantic Ocean and/or cities. The exterior shot of the BAU's Lear shows them flying over rolling green hills with no signs of human habitation.
When Prentiss is at the computer setting the link to the building where the poker game is held, the name on the screen reads "Villa Ceasar." Later, after they have ID'd the unsub and he has escaped, there is a shot of Hotch standing right in front of the same building. A lettering reads "Villa Caesar."
