The fellow rowdy patrons at the bar watching the soccer match are very obviously not speaking at all, only mouthing and gesticulating. Most likely, they are non-Swedish speaking extras.
Early in the episode, the title says London. The architecture is not British in any shape or form. It is clearly not London. Then the London bus is on the wrong side of the road, it is driving on the right with the doors on the opposite side to real London and British buses. Poor production here.
