Jeremy Scott: Borders On Bullying
river-kia3 September 2022
Warning: Spoilers
In this episode, the mission was to create an elevated and accessible look for festival wear. I agree that many of the designers did just fair in this assignment, but when everyone misses the mark it has to be the time limit that was given that is to be questioned.

Now on to the judges critiques. I always appreciate the way Nicole handles the way she offers her critiques, always with respect to business and never attacking with emotions. However, Jeremy Scott should be REMOVED. He exclaimed how frustrated he was with one specific designer's work in a manner that was unacceptable. It was the violent way he offered his opinion that borders on bullying the designer he was critiquing. He visibly rattled Tim Gunn, who seemed desperate to try to keep his composure. Fortunately enough, Heidi brought back the humanity to the moment by softening the energy - saying that "we are speaking out of passion and love" for the designers. In the end, Jeremy was unprofessional and left me not wanting to watch the rest of the show due to his inability to give constructive criticism. This type of energy and behavior is not suitable for a competition of the magnitude.

Trash TV - so disappointed
saveallen2 September 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Jeremy's behavior made this episode hard to watch and failed the designers who are far from their families and dedicating so much energy to their creations. Jeremy was unprofessional and unhinged, especially when he snapped and threw his notebook (he later apologizes that he didn't intend to throw it *at* the contestant ... um, yeah, that's the probelm).

I'm disappointed that the production crew as well as Tim, Heidi, Nicole didn't intervene to calm Jeremy but instead let him continue to berate the designers. You can reframe it as passion/caring to give the designers feedback but it wasn't feedback. It was rage. You can be stern and give a critical assessment but what he did wasn't helpful to anyone other than maybe helping Jeremy free a demon.

I thought this show was more high-end and focused on professional design. To let Jeremy treat anyone in this way shows that you're not setting designers up for success .... would you expect the contestants to treat other designers in this way? I don't think so.

As someone who has watched every Project Runway episode, as well as Making the Cut, this episode really doesn't make the cut. I do hope future episodes don't continue down this path where yelling at designers is the new norm. No one needs that.

amazon must fire jeremy now and look in the mirror
kthxzmpm11 September 2022
The producers should take responsibility for their own actions as well of that of their judges . These people are designers, adults and real people not children or dogs to kick around. Giving them one day to create two looks and then talking to them in such an unprofessional manner i'd unforgivable. If this is how the fashion industry treats each other it is a depressing commentary and need professional human resources and decency standards immediately.

What a waste of a good show concept and for the passionate contestants time and energy which feels morally demeaned by this abhorrent behavior.

Judge Jeremy is not making the cut
ansku-111 September 2022
This episode gave me the rest: this is just (staged or not) trash tv but not a serious fashion show. The other judges and especially Tim should have called out this narcissistic acting and shown the childish overreacting judge the door. That was nowhere near constructive. Completely unnecessary, unacceptable and especially unprofessional. The creators prefer "drama" over the mental well-being of its contestants. I can only conclude that this show and Amazon is openly supporting destructive, toxic behavior. There's no excuse! Shame on Tim, Heidi, Nicole and Amazon.!

What an immature ridiculous man this "designer" is and what an embarrassment for Moschino and Adidas.

Jeremy Scott is Edna Mode??
manTOman5 September 2022
Jeremy Scott is Edna Mode for real?

Based tonight episode he is, so comical, so stupid and not funny at all just plain narcissistic Drama Queen. So unprofessional behavior.

But it just show how despertly they try to burst their egos here in the name of drama. Ridiciouls.

Project Runway was more down to earth compare this one.

For long run this raise question in my head how many desingers this world need to create fashion that most people use just once?

Oh well.....

They should change judges every season to keep it more fresh.

By the way sorry all typos my fingers are too big for this keybord and English is not my native toungue.

The producers are losing track of their priorities
Debette-113 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I watch this show to see new designers make great clothes in their own styles. For the life of me I cannot figure out why they are supposed to be able to do this in such a limited amount of time. (I'm sure I've made the same comments in the past on Project Runway). This episode took it to a new low: TWO outfits (ok, "looks" :::eye roll:::) in only SEVEN HOURS. We know the designers are tired, frustrated, away from home and their usual rhythms, and even when they try and fail to do this impossible task, they get yelled at! SO wrong. Is this the Jeremy show? Is it all about HIM and his hurt feewings? (Elmer Fudd says hi). Someone needs to tell him to get a grip and act like an adult.

And give the designers TIME! I know, I know, time is money and all that. But how else are we - and the judges - to be able to really see what each designer is about, and is capable of? I miss the early days of PR, when we got to see the designers' process, the clothes as they took shape, and really share the entire experience.

What's Wrong With Jeremy Scott?
wbady7 November 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I was totally aghast at Jeremy Scott's temper tantrum. Who died and made him Queen of Fashion? Where the looks exciting, perhaps not as exciting as the previous episode, but I'm confident the designers showcased their best given the unrealistic time constraints. I don't know anyone who likes getting yelled at. Jeremy Scott's behavior was uncalled for, over-the-top, and utterly abusive. There is no way he should have been allowed to speak to the contestants in that matter. As disappointed as Sienna and Curtis had to be upon being eliminated, at least they won't have to duck from a book being hurled at their heads.

Pure bullying
mlandes-152-93005915 September 2022
Jeremy's tantrum and the person it was directed at was completely inappropriate. He needs to go! The designers are not there for his personal amusement. He should be providing constructive criticism instead of making it all about himself. Makes me wonder if I want to continue to watch. I stopped watching Project Runway because the this type of abusive drama comes off as fabricated. Not to mention, I am no prude but Nicole Richies joke at the end was inappropriate. Especially as a response to what everyone watching the show knows the designers were tired. With each previous challenge given increasingly short time frame to be creative is it no wonder they hit a wall. The problem was the challenge NOT the designers. If they want the designers to be ultra-creative then they need to be given the down time between challenges.
