Intense, artistic and beautifully made

This incredible film, by a great director, is definitely one of the better films of the year, and indeed a true artistic expression and achievement in every sense of the word.

The actors all do an incredible job, focusing only on three players in an, indeed, unique and bold way, conveying great drama and thrills, with lots of suspense - the script encompasses great drama, twists and moral question, for sure.

The cinematography, cutting and editing is incredible, very unique, very artistic, and immensely beautifully put together.

Overall, definitely yet another highlight in the ever impressive landscape of Swedish cinema. Highly recommended masterpiece!

Lovely film

I loved this film. Wow. Such a unique story. It's never on the nose, quite the opposite actually. The actors are brilliant. They all develop throughout the movie, from normal to absolute madness. This film made me think of The Lighthouse. There's something about men, in a remote place going fully bonkers. Gyllenstierna is a gifted new director in the Swedish film industry. She directs this film flawlessly. With a distinctive style. The cinematography is remarkable. So is the editing, very creatively put together with juxtapositioning and crosscuts. The soundtrack really grabs a hold of me and add a nerve to the scenes.
