The third themed episode to employ a six-cartoon format (instead of the usual five) in the initial weeks following the departure of longtime cast member and writer Leila Gorstein in late June 2022. The new format keeps the comedic host segments brief in order to accommodate the sixth cartoon.
Wacky recurring character Al B. Quirky makes a brief cameo appearance, conjured when Bill utters the magic words "Bananas Foster".
In the closing banter, Bill asks Toony to name his favorite magician of all time. Toony considers the great Harry Houdini, but says that he's off the list because "he got punched in the stomach and then died". Toony ultimately chooses "Magic Johnson, the basketball player".
Five of the six featured cartoons had appeared in previous episodes of "Toon In With Me": The Whizzard of Ow (2003) was in Cartoons Are So Lit! (2021) and The Cane Mutation (2022); Bully for Pink (1965) was in It's Showtime! (2021); The Bird Came C.O.D. (1942) was in Stuff & Nonsense #18 (2022); Feud with a Dude (1968) was in Fan-Tastic Friday #1 (2021); and The Hare-Brained Hypnotist (1942) was in When Jimmy Met Mabel (2021), Bill Is on a Juice Cleanse (2021), and Donughthole Run II (2022).
