When Arlene raises her concerns to Sally about missing time and hallucinations, Sally's tells her to take time off work.
At work, things escalate for Arlene when she tells her boss Jari the algorithm no longer works and is a failure. Jari is primarily concerned with what their client, Dr. Lee, will do to them. Especially after Arlene wrote a briefing note of the algorithm's success with antigen prediction. Dr. Lee is no joke, and Jari pleads with Arlene to fix the situation.
Dr. Lee is aggrieved and takes action against Arlene and Jari. Back at home, the Entity explains to Ariana where it comes from and tells her about its family - the Consanguinity. The talk does not go well, and the Entity leaves to deal with the actions of Dr. Lee.
