Revealing mistakes

The computer generated Boeing 707 shown in the aerial shots has different engines than the real one used on the ground on the Haiti set.

Plot holes

Events of the show involve not only career ending but also criminal conduct on the part of the crew. The fact each stewardess claimed responsibility for the illegal alien would result in all of them being punished, not none as was shown. Next, they were all very rude towards passengers. Additionally, the Captain made a series of bad decisions, yet he was rewarded by a high profile flight the following week, with all of the stewardesses were back at work as well.
Captain Lowrey's decision to divert to Haiti severely strains credibility. If Miami could not be reached, several other large airports in Florida should still be accessible even if the hurricane were very large. Assuming the jet was already over Haiti and that Florida was unreachable, it would take less than an hour to fly San Juan, Puerto Rico, or the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, both of which are U.S. territories that had modern hospitals and airfields capable of handling a 707. Given the political situation and probable lack of modern medical care in Haiti, no airline captain would divert there, particularly once the absence of air traffic control became apparent.
After the Haitian thugs leave, the Pan Am crew hastily boards their airliner using a large airstair and immediately commences takeoff. With no apparent Haitian ground crew assisting them, there is no explanation for the apparent removal of the airstair, which should be blocking their departure.
