So Bridget-as-Siobhan calls up Solomon to go on another ride and pick his brain. She explains she's asking so many questions because she's newly sober and is missing chunks of time. (We learn that Solomon was special forces.) She says she needs answers and will pay him double to get them. He buys this. he tells her the last time he drove her was Sept. 8, the day she met up with Siobhan and she (BAS believes) killed herself. She wants to retrace her steps from that day. He says the first stop is Harlem. They go to a building and she discovers she had a secret office.
There she sees a picture of herself or Actual-Siobhan (AS) with a little blond boy. She picks up a piece of paper with an address. We see AS with a gun, hiding behind a door, listening and watching.
She finds a keyring under a drawer and then notices the open door where AS is hiding. She opens it and it's full of file boxes. She doesn't see AS and shuts the door. She goes back to the car and Solomon and hands him the address, he can't identify since it's just a "Main St." They head to the next stop.
Meanwhile AS is explaining to Henry how she and BAS switched lives because Bridget was in danger and she was pregnant with her and Henry's baby and she needed time to think. (So, yes, she's lying, making it seem like they swapped on purpose.) He tells her that this is insane and if she'd told him he would've stayed away from Bridget. She admits she didn't think it through and thought it would be temporary. Indeed, he says and because of it his life has fallen apart in a big way. She apologizes and says she didn't want to hurt him or Gemma and that Bridget got greedy when she met Charlie and they kidnapped Gemma. (More lies.) Henry wants to go to the police and expose Bridget. Siobhan says not yet. She and Andrew have an ironclad pre-nup but she discovered something in Paris that could change her fortunes and they could be together with Andrew's money. She says she needs the key that Bridget stole. He wants to help but she says he can't, he has to keep his distance.
In the apartment a lawyer is prepping Juliet for her cross-examination on the stand, as Andrew and Catherine. She explains that night he got angry and then he got nice and then came over to her and he tucked her hair behind her ear and whispered "I bet you're the kind of girl who can keep secrets." Then she describes the assault. But her mother says she's changing her story and the lawyer agrees her testimony has to be a carbon copy of her report to the police. Juliet asks for a break. Juliet is worried she can't do it. Catherine undermines her. Juliet promises she'll get it right.
Olivia visits Henry and he wonders if she has more papers to sign. She asks to be introduced to his father-in-law Tim Arborgast. Henry points out that he had a coronary after Gemma died. Olivia says this is all the more reason to protect his assets and legacy. Henry says he'll be okay. Olivia says she just wants a reference. He says no and that she needs to be a little more creative and a little less transparent. She says she was hoping it wouldn't come to this but: and she shows him a picture of himself and Siobhan in bed. If he gives her Arborgast she'll hit delete.
Solomon takes BAS to a coffee shop where, he says, she'd sit a the chess table for hours. She goes to the table and sees it has a lock. She can't open it with the key. The waitress comes over and offers her a pad and paper to make a wish to stick in the slot. Instead she jimmies it open with a knife and finds a note dated 9/8/11: "I wish I could forgive my sister, but I can't." We flashback to that day and BAS telling AS how sorry she is and how she thinks about Sean everyday. AS says she's already forgiven. Solomon brings in her bag. She looks distraught. He asks if she's okay. She says her sister lied to her and she's now wondering what else she lied about.
Henry meets with his father-in-law Tim Arborgast, who is still smoking even after his heart attack. Arborgast says they haven't been one on one since the day Henry asked to marry Gemma. Arborgast says he realizes this meeting is Henry wanting to stay connected to Gemma through him. He'll always love her and feels the same about Henry. Henry than gives him the Martin Charles recommendation.
Juliet and Catherine are trying to pick out her court outfit. Catherine demands a hug and wants her to wear Chanel and pearls. BAS enters and offers pearls as well. Juliet snips at her and then apologizes saying that her mom is a lot to deal with and wishes she'd stop being a bitch. BAS reassures her that she's not making a mistake and that it takes courage to stand up to someone and not run away and she knows this. She says before she knows it, it will be over and she can start fresh. Juliet says she needs BAS there. BAS says she'll be there.
Henry and Siobhan make out on a hotel bed. Siobhan heads for the shower and gets an incoming video chat message from Tyler. Henry answers and takes the messge that Tyler called and she'll know why. She comes out to ask if he's joining her and asks who Tyler is and notes that he's a good-looking guy. She says Tyler is the head of European office for Martin Charles and has the info that will help them incriminate Andrew and live a wealthy life. She senses his suspicions. He says it's been hard. She says she loves him and has never strayed from the plan to be with him. He just wants it to be over. She says it will be soon. They make out.
We see Juliet and her family at the courthouse after her testimony. Now they're about to hear Tessa's testimony. Catherine confronts BAS about "one-upping" her in the mom department. BAS says Juliet just wants her to be nice. Catherine says she was trying to protect her. BAS suggests Catherine take her ice-skating and just hang out together. Catherine thanks her for not being a bitch. In the bathroom Juliet tells Tessa that giving the testimony was not that hard. Tessa starts to break down and says she can't do it. Juliet tries to bolster her. Tessa says she lied and that Mr. C never assaulted her. She was just getting back at him for taking Juliet's side in their first fight. Juliet is incredulous that she would accuse a man of sexual assault for this reason. Tessa says she just wanted to hurt him. Tessa runs out and as she does, Juliet's friend Andrea comes out of a stall, having overheard everything.
Back at the apartment the lawyer is explaining they had to drop the case after Tessa's admission, since it's back to he said/she said and Mr. C's reputation is sterling and Juliet's isn't. Oh and Mr. C is suing Andrew for defamation of character. Andrew is angry and says he isn't paying a cent. Andrew wants to countersue. The lawyer advises against this, as does Catherine who says Juliet has already been hurt and needs a fresh start. It's millions of dollars and Andrew doesn't want to settle. Catherine says they've screwed up Juliet's life enough and they shouldn't screw it up more.
Back in the car with Solomon BAS explains she was shaken up the previous day because 9/8/11 was the day her sister died. She says they'd had a falling out but thought she'd forgiven her but was wrong. She says she needs to finish what she started. They pull into an alley. It's he back door of a firing range. The guy behind the counter recognizes her and says she was a pretty good shot for a girl. She checks the key in the lockers.
AS calls Tyler to "explain" that he had a conversation with her "brother." He apologizes and buys her story. He had called the day before because an IT guy is suspicious of his computer activity. He's worried others will notice too and he's not sure how much longer he can do it. She asks him to do it for the baby.
In the locker room she sees Charlie/John's picture on the wall. She snaps a photo with her phone and asks Solomon if she was afraid of him. Solomon says John was her friend. She' s now confused since "Charlie" "introduced" himself at NA. She calls Malcolm and leaves a message with the new intel and realizes if John/Charlie wasn't the killer than perhaps someone is still after her.
Back at the apartment BAS and Andrew snuggle. She asks what he's going to do. He says Catherine thinks he should settle. BAS agrees with Catherine about settling and letting Juliet get a fresh start. Juliet comes home and is happy after a day of ice skating with her mom. Andrew says he'll call the attorneys in the morning. BAS says it's the right thing.
Henry and Arborgast meet with Olivia at the Martin Charles office. Arborgast says the bottom line looks promising. He asks if his money is in good hands. She starts to talk and he interrupts and says he wants to hear it from Henry. Henry says the numbers don't lie. Arborgast says they'll start with a small amount and go from there. He leaves. Olivia lets Henry delete the photo and she says it's the only one. He asks why he should believe her. She says she's opportunistic but not a liar. He drops the whole phone in a pitcher of water.
BAS meets with Solomon again. She tells him she called his former CO and heard he was a real hero. She offers to hire him as a bodyguard saying someone is trying to kill her. She asks for his help. We don't hear his answer.
AS enters the apartment. We know it's her because of how tentative she is. She looks for the key, rifling through drawers and such. She finds it. Andrew comes in. He smiles and says they settled. She says okay. He thanks her for talking him into it and agrees it was the right thing to do. He kisses her. She seem taken aback. He asks if she's okay and says it would be nice if they all had dinner tonight. She simply walks out.
We cut to a hotel room where Tessa and Juliet are hanging out, raiding the minibar. There is a knock. It is Mr. C. They all smile and Tessa says they can't believe they pulled it off. It was all a scam. He asks who wants to toast to being millionaires. They toast and Juliet says "here's to spending Daddy's money."
They proceed to get drunk and congratulate each other on their performances at the courthouse including getting Andrea to squeal. They have another drink and say "to getting your trust fund back."
BAS searches for the key. Andrew asks if she's alright. She says she's fine and just that earlier she was distant as if he'd upset her. She says she's just been distracted. He asks if she's sure and she plants one on him.
AS and Henry go to put stuff in a safe deposit box. She tells Henry she has to go to Paris. He wants to come. She says he has to stay and keep an eye on Bridget. She asks about drinks with Arborgast. He explains about Olivia's blackmail and Arborgast's investment in Martin-Charles. She is aghast and says he should've come to her first.
In Paris, Tyler paces. He has the number of an SEC person in his hand. He calls him and blows the whistle.
BAS and Solomon go back to her secret office and search for clues as to who is trying to kill her. He notices footprints on the carpet. He theorizes a woman planted herself there and was watching her.
AS explains to Henry that his father-in-law is about to lose a lot of money. She opens the safe deposit box which contains some kind fo recording. He puts in an earpiece, listens, looks aghast and says "oh my god!"
