- Most of the female characters in the game wear very revealing costumes, accentuating cleavage and buttocks.
- The character creation options allow for female characters to wear thongs that reveal their butt cheeks. Additionally, players may choose female panties that rise only about halfway up the character's buttocks, revealing a significant amount of their butt crack.
- The character creation tools allow for miscellaneous non-clothing items to be added to any part of a character's body; as a result, many players encountered online add sexual symbols to their characters (for example, a pistol protruding from a character's crotch).
