In the shot at 62 minutes, 12 seconds, Viola is laying on her side with bare feet. In the next cut, she is still lying in the same position but shoes have appeared on her feet.
When Todd is lying on the floor trying to sleep in the Farbranch Mayor's house (at around 1:01:00), in the first shot his knife is in the floor at his hip, and in the next shot it is at his shoulder.
While lying down for a sleep in Farbranch, Viola is seen barefoot. When Todd knocks and comes in, she suddenly has a pair of black shoes on.
At 47 minutes Todd is seen asleep on the cabin floor with a knife stuck in floor next to his waist, in the next shot the knife has moved to shoulder height.
At about 45:28, when Todd and Viola were walking across a swamp, it is obvious that Todd is holding on to a stuffed lifeless dog. In the following closeup scene, it is switched to a real dog.
At about 1:48:00 you can see Todd remove the blanket from his leg. In the next shot, he removes the blanket again.
Obvious stunt doubles for Viola and Todd in the rapid water.
Nobody heard Viola's ship crash and it was within walking distance from Todd's home.
