Big mistake by Rick..

Warning: Spoilers
As always, this is a great show, but the poor guy who comes into the store with a gamblers outfit, complete with cards, a pistol, chips and a knife from (he claims) the 1860s gets a bad deal. Rick reads the hallmark on the silver knife, goes off into the back room to check the date and comes back with the news that the knife is from 1895, which was after when the guy who brought in the kit said the owner died, some time in the 1870s. The hallmarks on the knife handle were a lion and crown, showing it came from Sheffield, England, and a capital U, which makes it from the year 1840. So the knife was made during the original owner's lifetime and the kit could well have been genuine. Just goes to show they're not always right!
