Olivia Scriven, teenage Sam
RavenGlamDVDCollector16 August 2017
Saving the sad concept of a strict Jewish patriarch episode for me, was the rebellious and spirited performance by Olivia Scriven as the teen-aged version of Samantha. Her unflinching words delivered in a taunting manner really provided the dismal affair with some welcome relief. And I agree with the kid, as the old guy is living in his own world.

Not forgetting the Rubik's cube and p**** joke, good one, unexpected, especially from Erica.

But...

This is the penultimate episode, and really, good thing they did not go for a Season Five. It is about to be concluded and get done with and that is as it should be, the flavor of this is long past getting stale. Observe Erin Karpluk acting the teenager. Really, people, a 25 year old shouldn't even try, but a 35 year old? Which is why I say, call it quits and move on, it should all have been done in an initial 22 episode season back when it started out, not this drawn-out affair with time matching on inexorably. The story is about time- travel and second chances and do-overs BUT for crying out loud, the actors are mere time-bound mortals!
