Continuity

Neal tells Gordon he has been out of prison eighteen months and seventeen days, but earlier Jones said it was two years.
When Neal meets Taylor, one sees the pool table behind him. When Taylor prepares to take his shot, the balls have moved.

Factual errors

When visiting the Yankee museum, the guys talk about Joe DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak and how America used it as a relief from the war and Pearl Harbor. Though both happened in 1941, Joe had his hitting streak before the Pearl Harbor attack.
After the game, the date on the check handed to Neal was dated 3/7/12, well before the baseball season would have started in New York.
It's stated that Taylor's game of choice is 8-ball. When he finishes his game after meeting Neal, he 'finishes the game but the 8 ball is still on the table.
Switching a 1915 ball for a 1921 ball would be discovered immediately. The 1915 ball was loosely wound and from the dead ball Era. In 1920, to generate more home runs, the ball was more tightly wound.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

During the first meeting with Withrow, the sound of a pistol slide racking can be heard. Paul's gun is clearly visible and not being racked.

Character error

Peter drools over his visit to the museum at Yankee Stadium, but he was a Yankees fan who went to matches regularly and therefore would almost certainly have seen it before.
