When Dolores has finished reassembling herself with a staple gun, the audience sees that the staples on her face are spaced 1.5"-2" apart, for a total of 10 staples from chin to forehead. Later as she is walking toward the camera (her only purpose in this movie, apparently), she has approximately 21 staples on her face, spaced about 0.5" apart.
At 17 minutes 55 seconds, the model of the town is visible, with the car having crashed through the right-hand side of the bridge. In the original film of Beetlejuice, the car crashed through the left-hand side of the bridge.
Lydia's husband is working as a civil servant in the afterlife, which means he must have committed suicide, a rule established in the previous film. However, dialogue in two separate scenes makes it clear that his death was accidental.
The newspaper in the movie states that the authorities in charge often mistake non suicide deaths for suicide, that might be why he is now a civil servant. Also, the audience doesn't know fully how he died and it's possible he went into a situation where death was highly likely aka a suicide mission.

Astrid calls Marie Curie a "French physicist". This is wrong. Maria Sklodowska-Curie was born in Poland and moved to France as an adult. She discovered radioactivity and named an element after her homeland - Polonium. Marie Curie Sklodowska was never french, she was only french citizen.
Lydia informs Astrid that Rory wants to get married at midnight on Halloween night. That would make it November 1st, as midnight is the start of a new day, and thus it would no longer be Halloween. However, many people say midnight of a particular day to mean 11:59pm.
The claymation Charles is attacked by the shark from the behind, he appears to be completely engulfed. When he shows up in the waiting room, his upper torso and head look like he was bitten at the top.
The flashback did not show the aftermath of the shark attack, so it didn't "appear" to look like anything other than bloody.

During Lydia's Ghost House show, she speaks with a married couple from Wisconsin, however neither "Wisconsinite" speaks with a Wisconsin accent. A Wisconsin accent is generally indistinguishable from a typical American accent. There is a "north-woods" variant, which can be heard on "The Manitowoc Minute," however Lydia's guests don't use that accent either.
At Charles Deetz's funeral you can see one of the grave stones gently move in the wind, possibly made from Styrofoam. Another gravestone also easily moves when Wolf Jackson gently touches it when he and the police are about to raid the church.
In the opening title sequence, while the camera flies over the red covered bridge at 2:00, you can see two white folding signs on the left side of the frame. These signs were used to direct traffic during filming. The behind the scenes featurette titled "The Juice is Loose" shows that the signs read "SLOW 5 MPH" and "LOCAL ACCESS ONLY".
In the original film, it is clearly established that time moves significantly differently in the Netherworld compared to the real world. In this film however, characters just hop between the two with no time lapse.
If Beetlejuice died by being poisoned by Delores, Beetlejuice couldn't have been an assistant to Juno as mentioned in the 1988 film. Only those who died by suicide could be a civil servant.
The newspaper in the movie states that the authorities in charge often mistake non suicide deaths for suicide, that's why they are working as civil servants.
It's also possible Beetlejuice was lying about the story.
When Delia dies she skips the entire afterlife process and is allowed to go straight to the Great Beyond even though it's established that the afterlife is so full of bureaucracy that the dead must follow rules on Earth first before reaching their final destination. Even when she's in the Netherworld, her and Charles are allowed to just wander around and board the soul train without going through any processing.
Astrid not believing Lydia that she can see ghosts completely contradicts the original film. Adam and Barbara had become family to Lydia and were happy to share their house with Charles and Delia by the end. It's highly unlikely that Astrid would believe they were all liars or that photos and/or recordings wouldn't have been taken over the years of their supernatural experiences, for example, Adam and Barbara levitating Lydia and moving the furniture. Lydia liked taking photos. It was how she discovered Adam and Barbara were ghosts in the first place after taking polaroids of them covered with bed sheets and seeing they had no feet.
Lydia has the supernatural ability to connect to the dead, but it's never explained why she's unable to see or hear her late husband, Astrid's father, who is clearly dead and working as a civil servant in the afterlife.
