Warning: Spoilers
Jason Alexander is quite believable as the teacher fired for failing a student when the latter writes about his aversion towards the idea of the teaching of creation in our public schools.

There are outstanding plot twists and turns as the episode evolves. The ending is a real shocker that only an Alfred Hitchcock could have created.

Harry nearly meets her match when she meets up with the minister who promised the lad that the Lord would see him get into Harvard University. When the minister's wife is murdered, all hell breaks loose as the Alexander character is blamed for this one. Harry rationally thinks that the minister did his wife in, but wait to you see who the real killer is.

The episode depicts a narrow minded minister, filled with hate and envy.

Warning: Spoilers
What a stupid episode!!!! Harry's client is fired because he flunked a Harvard bound student because he disputed evolution. Apparently the student's father is a wealthy and influential member of the community and he pulls the strings to fire the teacher. The teacher says his life is ruined. The kid says that his life is ruined. Harry goes to see the kid's preacher, a creationist who is not likable and refuses to help the teacher get his job back. Harry leaves after calling the preacher a 'prick'. Nice on Harry. The teacher goes to a bar to drown his sorrows and meets a lonely women there who says she is in an abusive relationship. The two end up spending the night at the teacher's house where the women ends up in the back seat of his car with a slip throat. Turns out the woman is the preacher's wife. Harry immediately concludes that the woman slept with the teacher to get back at her husband - the preacher. Somehow he finds out about it, kills her and tries to frame the teacher. Harry goes to the preacher's house at the reception following the wife's funeral. She tells the preacher that she will defend him in court for murdering hi wife but unless he confesses he will go to hell. He throws her out. Looks like the teacher is out of luck until Harry gets a call to come to the preacher's church. The kid has hanged himself in the church. In his suicide note he confesses to killing the preacher's wife.

Problems: 1) the kid's motive is unclear. The teacher ruined his life but how does a Christian turn to murder that easily except in a TV writer's mind. 2) Why did Harry assume the preacher killed his wife. She never seriously considered that the teacher did it as revenge against the preacher. 3) Harry's claim that the preacher was damned demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of salvation. 4) and most importantly, after Harry accuses the preacher of murdering his wife she goes back to the teacher who asks if she got the preacher to admit to the killing. She says that he didn't admit to anything but he didn't deny it either and some courts would consider that the same thing as an admission. WHAT!!!??? Do the writers of this show think we're stupid? What could would consider that an admission. What a stupid show. This episode was superficially written with predictable villains. It deserves less than a 1.
