In this episode Alison is shown keeping her wooden box of secret things in what appears to be a heat register on the wall, but in an earlier episode, Touched by an 'A'-ngel (2011), Jason tells Aria he found the box under floorboards in Ali's room.
Alison went missing 9/1 before their sophomore year. This takes place Halloween of their sophomore year.
