Scientist Dragoslav Popovic wasn't actually irradiated during the Vinca accident. In the film he is the main character among the irradiated scientists.

Theme song "Camac na Tisi," although written in 1952 and first released in Hungarian, was not released in this Serbian cover version until spring 1959. But in film it is broadcast on the radio in winter 1958.

In 1958, scientists suffering from radiation poisoning are flown to Paris on Antonov An-26. The maiden flight of this particular airplane actually took place 11 years later in 1969. In 1958 there were no plans for this airplane. Development began eight years later in 1966.

A Serbian jet-trainer is visible in Paris' Orly Airport in 1958. Its maiden flight happened twenty years later in 1978 and it appears with a Serbian insignia that was put on it in 2006. In 1958 there was no Serbian insignia on military airplanes, only Yugoslav. Also in 1958 there were no 1980s-made Yugoslav jet-trainers in Orly.
