Raphael returns from the hospital after beating cancer and tells Ma Ri he wants a divorce. To change his mind, she secretly plans to get artificial insemination done with the last of his sperm. Woo Ri is at the clinic at the same time.

Woo Ri tells Kang Jae that she's pregnant with someone else's baby, shattering his marriage proposal. Meanwhile, Raphael and Mi Ja find out about the medical mishap

Woo Ri makes up her mind and decides to have Raphael's baby. She tells him about it amidst a murder that happens in the hospital that pleasantly shocks him. However, Woo Ri starts to doubt Raphael after seeing him with other women.

Woo Ri's oestrogen levels heighten with her pregnancy, causing her to lust for Kang Jae. However, the letter she wrote to him explaining her desires lands in Raphael's email box. She runs to stop him from reading it, but it's too late.

Seoung Il, Woo Ri's father, finds out about Woo Ri's pregnancy and then causes a scene at the hospital that gets filmed and posted online, causing public outrage.

Kang Jae starts to feel left out, seeing Raphael next to Woo Ri all the time. Woo Ri senses this and tries to make it up to him by going on a camping trip with him.

Woo Ri feels horrible for breaking up with Kang Jae and has trouble eating and sleeping, which doesn't go unnoticed. She even faints. Raphael tries to shower her with good food and rest, but Woo Ri won't accept it openly.

Woo Ri becomes known as the virgin miracle, and Ma Ri uses that to her advantage and sticks a video DJ streamer on her to harass her.

Woo Ri and Raphael tell each other that they have feelings for one another. Ma Ri, who just finalized the divorce with Raphael, overhears them. Her mother tells her the only way to separate them is to get rid of the baby.

Someone breaks into Woo Ri's house to look for the necklace Ma Ri had secretly planted on her. Meanwhile, Kang Jae receives a gift that leads him to Raphael's safe, and Du Pal gets away from Ma Ri and Mi Ja, causing them to go into hiding.

Kang Jae tries to stop Woo Ri from seeing Raphael, but Woo Ri doesn't believe Raphael has anything to do with Chairman Kim. Raphael stays at Woo Ri's place for a few days and realizes Eun Ran doesn't think he is the right person for her.

Kang Jae finds evidence in Chairman Kim's room, linking him to the murders. He arrests him, but things start not to add up as Chairman Kim gets abducted. As the chase goes on, Woo Ri gets stuck in the middle and gets taken as well.

Kang Jae and Raphael apologize for what they did to Woo Ri and try to win her back. However, Woo Ri can't decide between Kang Jae and Raphael, driving her nuts. Meanwhile, Ma Ri tells Raphael her true intentions and identity, which leads to Kang Jae arresting Chairman Kim, the drug lord.

Woo Ri is just about to make her decision on who she is going to marry. But out of the blue, she ends up with appendicitis and gets rushed to the hospital. After Woo Ri recovers, she proposes to the one she knows will always be by her side. Meanwhile, Woo Ri's daughter, Ri Woo, comes into this world. And soon after, they celebrate her 100th day as a big happy family.
