Sacked from his job as a pilot, and becoming distant from his successful wife Sally, Ian Lawrence kills her in a road traffic accident, then makes a bizarre claim.
It's another tragic, horrible crime, this one seemed to be full of spite and malice, once again though, a man, who must have had a degree of intelligence and sense, thinking he could get away with murder. How on Earth did he think people would fall for his lies?
I had no idea that cars came with a little black box, you learn something new every day.
I wonder if Ian was suffering from The Dunning Kruger effect, worth reading into, basically implies that you're smart, and that everyone around you is stupid, seemed to be the case here.
The format is quite clear, they're jumping across the pond and back, in a similar way to the tales of the unexpected series, it's quite amusing as the contrast is really noticeable.
7/10.
