Grant introduces his grandma to Lillian as Rossi. She obviously has Italian roots because she later recommended an Italian restaurant. However, Rossi is not a name - it's the Italian surname, and it was never used as the name.
At the beginning of the movie, there is the meeting of the board of directors of Waterhouse Venture Capital with Lillian. Behind Mr. Waterhouse, the CEO of WVC is large LCD TV. Because display has glossy surface, it's basically almost like a mirror. You can see camera on the other side of table.
