An ER patient tells Callie that he'd done two tours in the Korean War. The tour of duty system for soldiers wasn't established until the Vietnam War; soldiers in the Korean War were deployed for the duration of the conflict.
When Colleen sees Jim in the hospital and mentions that the prisoner she was transporting is in CT, Jim says "You can't have anything metallic in a CAT scan, right?" and Callie says "No". This is wrong. Metal isn't allowed in MRI because it's a magnet, but CTs are simply computerized Xrays, and the only problem metal would cause is an artifact on the image.
