When Clark and Lois see their kitchen and Clark tells them that it is the house in the other world, there is a kettle on which Soup is written. As the other world's lexicology dictates that every word has to be written in reverse sequence of letters, and last letter capital, instead of first, that too in mirror image, that "Soup" should have been "Pous" in mirror reflection, in order to qualify for being from the other world.
Once the Earths start merging, all scenes are tinted red, even interior scenes where the red sunlight wouldn't be present.
Clark appears in the middle of a crowded auditorium, in full Superman regalia, without drawing attention on his way in. While this would be a simple matter if he could move at super speed, he had lost his powers at this point and would have had to have walked in like a normal person.
Clark sits out on the farm attempting to recharge while wearing a heavy coat, layered shirts, and jeans. If he is attempting to absorb solar radiation, he should put as few barriers between his body and the sun's rays as possible.
