- Much to Blaine's chagrin, his big-shot Hollywood actor brother, Cooper, comes to visit.
- Open with Rachel and Finn talking about the fact Quinn's accident stopped them from getting married.
Quinn rolls up in a wheelchair and tells Rachel and Finn that nothing about her plans have changed. She calls her first day back in school the happiest of her life and sings "I'm Still Standing."
Quinn tells the gang that she has no use of her legs, but it's still possible she'll make a full recovery.
Figgins makes Roz co-coach of the Cheerios, in part because Sue being pregnant is compromising her work with the team. Figgins is mostly concerned with money and Sue gets him to agree to give her the team back if she helps the Glee club win nationals and the $10,000 that goes along with it.
Sue takes over Booty Camp for New Directions and takes a hard-nosed approach to the job.
Will wants her to dial it down. Sue mentions that she's about to find out the sex of her baby. Emma says she's go with her.
Blaine's famous commercial actor brother Cooper drops by school and Kurt is star-struck. Sue stops by and has him sign her breasts.
While discussing Senior Ditch Day, Rachel apologizes to Quinn for her role in the accident. She thinks they should be talking about it more, but Quinn reminds her she's not going to dwell on her situation.
Puck wants Finn to go with him to California after graduation and start a pool cleaning business. Finn says he's going to New York with Rachel. Puck asks him to drop by a house and take a look at a broken Jacuzzi for him.
Sue has Cooper speak to the Glee club. He tells them he's going to teach an acting class the following day. This leads to him and Blaine singing some Duran Duran. Cooper is pretty full of himself and we can see that Blaine is irritated.
Out at a restaurant, Blaine complains about how negative Cooper always seems to be with him.
Artie gives Quinn a wheelchair lesson on the steepest ramp in town. He talks to her about how tough it is to go to an amusement park while in a wheelchair. He wants her to come with him instead of going to Six Flags.
During his acting class Cooper tells the kids to avoid college and New York. He continues to give them some pretty terrible advice. Blaine tries to point this out, but Cooper pushes forward. He has them read through an episode of NCIS he read for. During this lesson Blaine yells at Cooper who continues to basically ignore him.
Puck continues to push Finn about the pool cleaning business. He tells him he needs to think about himself instead of Rachel
Will and Emma join Sue at her doctor's appointment. The baby is a girl, but the amniocentesis came back with "irregularities."
A defiant Blaine directs a performance of "Fighter" at Cooper.
Quinn tells Finn she won't be going to Ditch Day with the rest of the gang.
Becky has heard about Sue's baby. She tells her to work on her patience.
Artie takes Quinn to a park frequented by wheelchair users and amputees and they sing "Up Up Up." We all see a montage of the rest of the kids at Six Flags. Quinn and Artie argue about his belief that she isn't accepting what has happened to her.
Joe tells Quinn he has been praying for her to accept whatever her fate may be. She tells him she thinks he'd be inspiring to some people she knows.
Quinn brings Joe to the next Booty Camp. Sue addresses the kids and tells them she's there in part so her baby can soak up some of their optimism. She promises to be nicer.
Kurt tries to talk Blaine into meeting with his brother before his big movie audition. Blaine doesn't think talking will work.
Instead Blaine sings "Somebody That I Used To Know" to his brother, who eventually joins in. We get flashbacks of their childhood. Afterward, Cooper says he's been so hard on Blaine because of how talented he is. Cooper admits his audition got cancelled. Blaine has an idea and they leave to tape an audition tape for Cooper.
Finn mentions the idea of California to Rachel. He mentions that conversations about their future have been one-sided. She is steadfast that she needs to be in New York and needs him to be with her. Finn says he wants Rachel to make sure she's in love with him rather than what she wants him to be and storms away.
