Although it's apparently on the up at the beginning of the episode, the Kennedys' marriage takes another knock here.Susan's insistence on staying with an ill Jim starts out as neighbourly concern but somewhere along the way it crosses the line and becomes something obsessive and unhealthy, as she ignores phone calls from Karl and forgets about their plans to sit with a man she hardly knows and be a comforting angel. Something is going to have to give.
