In Hunting Day, we follow the journey of Sarah. The loss of her sister, who got shot down in the middle of the woods, has her in a state of utter despair. Crushed by this traumatic event, the young woman takes the path of ruthless vengeance, only moved by hate. From lamb to wolf, Sarah desperately tries to numb her pain by throwing herself into her new-found quest. Reminiscing of other films like Blue Ruin, from Jeremie Saulnier or Rambo, from Ted Kotcheff - she's losing herself in the process.
