The Pain and dream of every engineer
rajambhore10 June 2022
Engineers from poor households and rural areas will come with their shortcomings and persistence,
Three different engineer friends, a girl who learns from a poor house and tries to do something in the city, a clever worm friend who tries to make something,
And a friend who constantly strives for friends and business,
It's going to have a great ending, every fan understands, and it's going to have lovely teaching and message at the end,
That's what I expect
Thank you Raju Ambhore.

Bhadipa Rocks
nanawarepravin10 June 2022
Great work team Bhadipa. As always, you have come up with super duper powerful show. It's very real at one end and other side its equally motivating for all the youths today struggling for settling down in life. Sai has done such a wonderful and touching act - emotional, rough tough, village girl, smart girl and innovative thinking all these terms are insufficient to describe her acting. 2 new boys are no more new and they are acting like veterans. All the best Bhadipa and looking for many more such entertainment shows.
It was a awesome story

Bhadipa Good Going! Sambhaji Sasane (Papdya) You are such a natural actor!
durgeshmane-6099312 June 2022
B. E. Rojgaar is a life changing web series not limited to Engineers but for all youth in India. The characters, the situation everything is perfect. This kind of writing, direction and acting rarely happens. Also, I would specially like to mention the character played by "Papdya", Sambhaji Sasane is a gem that was discovered due to this web series. The way he has played the character, his charm, his work is something that makes you hook to this series. Others including Sai Tamhankar and Akshyaa have played their part well.
Fresh and interesting content

This series can cross panchayat in terms of storyline, plot, acting. All the social norm, cast, and social things covered. The writer is well aware of rural maharashtras social structure. Unlike panchayat where one sector of people shown this series talks about every rural sector of maharashtra. All the three lead roles belongs to rural maharashtra still all three represent different sectors. Much love. Just all episode should be on same days it's difficult to wait for every episode on Friday. Do watch because
Fukat ahe. It's there tagline otherwise this series belongs to Amazon or Netflix.
Motivational web series for all the people.
bhimrajpawar10 June 2022

First few episodes are good but then it becomes utterly boring after it. Sloppy writing.
Poor acting except for Sai tamhankar. Promotion everywhere. Last 3 episodes are worst. Kashacha kashalahi sambandh lagat nahi. Writers no ganja marun Shark Tank Ani TVF pitchers baghun script lihiliye vatta.

Probably the best webseries in Marathi yet. All the characters are fleshed out well. The performances are top notch. Sambhaji Sasane steals the show. Sai Tamhankar plays the vidarbha girl with ease. Her accent seems authentic. Jagdeesh Kannam is also very good. The story development and direction are on point. Marathi webseries game just got real. Please watch it. It's free!
Gem of a series!

Onto 4th episode today. The plot is getting better and better with every episode. Quite excited for the upcoming episodes. Very well shot and directed. Sarang (and team) lay baap ahe.. ! And love the plug-in by Scalar -- would be useful for many engineers out there.
Superb Writing, Direction & Great work by Sambhaji Sasane

This series will be a milestone for Marathi Industry. The quality and detailing in the content is amazing. All the characters have been played well. Sambhaji Sasane is outstanding across the series. Papdya has inspired, made me emotional. The writer and director have done a very detailed job in all the departments. Sambhaji Sasane you belong to the silver screen and an award for this web series.
"Sambhaji Sasane" is a gem of an actor
yogeshshirsat-5980912 June 2022
"Sambhaji Sasane" you are an amazing actor. Although people associate Kolhapuri with loudness, you have played the character in a subtle way. A lot of youth will connect with "Papdya" and his struggles to do something. You are the hope that youngsters want to have when they are "BERojgaar". Love you and this web series. Please don't end this series quickly.
Papdya, vada, akshya EK number series
rujutamani13 June 2022
Connected to the roots this series talks about educated unemployment and rural development in the same breath. What makes it interesting is the humour timing and the thought provoking dialogues. Sambhaji sasane as padmanabh aka papdya is a surprise and deserves to be recognized further.
Excellent content, subject, casting
shripadecom10 June 2022
I watch most of the Bhadipa content but this one is very special amongst all.
We need more awareness about this subject and I am sure with this type of quality it will reach to masses.
Casting is so perfect. When I saw Sai in promos i was skeptical how Sai would give justice to that role. But you proved me wrong. You did so well. I love you more now as a actor. Akshya and Pappdya are too good.

This series can be a game changer for marathi webseries industry and also various underrated actors to get a chance to show people their talent. Also it will become a more independent medium for famous actors to establish a different, close connection with the audience. This webseries in its direction , storyline, dialogue delivery, groundedness, message , relevancy and more importantly emotion stands out in everything .And for me , it is truly 'Only one of its kind'
Waiting for S2!!!
Sambhaji Sasane, Sarang Sathaye, Saurabh Shamraj deserve an Award for B.E.Rojgaar!
RPalkhi11 July 2022
It rarely happens in Marathi that a writing is given justice on screen. B. E. Rojgaar created & directed by Sarang Sathaye digs in socio-economic thread of our society in a city & in a village as the characters make their journey to achieve their dreams. Sarang Sathaye has very strongly take up important subjects like women empowerment (via Vada Character played by Sai Tamhankar & other female characters), Depression (via Akshyaa Character played by Jagdish) & male masculinity, vulnerability (via Papdya character played by Sambhaji Sasane). The message is clear, how the social fabric of our society has kept opportunities limited to sections of society that hails from inner parts of Maharashtra. How they have to first struggle to get part of the social fabric before exploring opportunities? We seldom think of this being living in Metros like Pune or Mumbai. Sarang Sathaye has kept it simple & subtle and it makes it more intriguing to venture into their world and live with them. The director should be awarded for this work.
The most striking part of all the 3 characters is "Papdya". I was aware of this actor before B. E. Rojgaar due to a play I watched at Prithvi a while ago and I found him very promising then. Although, all of the 3 characters have done justice to their roles, "Papdya" stays with you. Sambhaji Sasane has played the character very subtly and with ease. He doesn't act for camera. He has a natural way of taking pauses at the right junctures and the voice he has makes a lasting impact. His character was difficult to play, Kolhapuri has always been associated with loudness, he keep it subtle yet aggressive without shouting words. Also, the Kolhapuri he speaks is very rooted and not forced. I honestly feel we need actors like him in our movies. It would be great to see him onscreen and I strongly feel he should awarded and further recognized for his work.
The most important part of this series is the writer Saurabh Shamraj. He has researched every bit of his writing. Nothing is too much or too less. The MLM Scene or the scene of Wada thinking about Mechanical engineering or Akshya's depression journey. It looks real and a lot of that credit goes to the writer. I never thought this kind of writing would prop up in Marathi and that too on Youtube. The writing doesn't push a message, it organically weaves into the world of the 3 characters and their journey and socio-economics of our society. Saurabh carries a promise as a writer and should be recognized for this writing.
All the crew & actors have done justice to the parts they have played. This series needs to go on, it's a hope that is needed for youngsters today. Good Luck!
